Matthew Easley and Gerald Hubbard will meet in a June 9 special election for Pittsboro alderman.
They were the only two qualifiers for the special election to see who succeeds Les Morgan who resigned for the board after moving to Banner.
Absentee voting ends this Saturday, June 6. Town Hall in Pittsboro will be open until noon for those wanting to vote absentee.
