Calhoun County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting on CR 273 that caused a 58-year-old Banner man to be airlifted to Tupelo.
Rebecca Wright is being held at the Calhoun County Jail charged with aggravated domestic violence.

Sheriff Pollan said she and her husband Doyle "Dean" Wright" were involved in an altercation Sunday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. Authorities were dispatched shortly after for a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Deputy Jimmy Wiugyl, backed up by Bruce policeman Phillip Talford arrived on scene where Dean Wright had left on a 4-wheeler with his pit bull "Trouble." The officers met him in the road headed back toward the house, covered in blood.
The gunshot wound was from a .22 caliber pistol through the upper right chest and exited through his back.
Wright is still hospitalized in Tupelo for observation.
Sheriff Pollan said the case is still under investigation and more charges are expected.
