Wal-Mart in Derma is closing January 28.
The store is one of 102 small format stores that will be closed in the U.S. according to a press release from the company.
The store opened Jan. 19, 2015.
Local officials have been told that the store cannot be saved, since it is a company-wide shutdown.
According to a release on the Walmart's website, Walmart will focus on strengthening Supercenters and growing the e-commerce business.
The final day for customers is January 28. Employees will stay through Feb. 10 to get the building emptied.
