Calhoun City board of aldermen held a special called meeting Tuesday night where they heard a presentation about meter reading services.
Representatives of Baker Services out of Raymond met with the board to talk about what they could offer the town if they chose to make a change. No action was taken by the board.
The only other business at the meeting was a brief discussion about the next fiscal year budget, which Clerk Raenell Moore has begun working on.
The board also mentioned the possibility of another special meeting to be held soon regarding a zoning issue.
