Calhoun City Chamber of Commerce will host its eighth annual “Spring Fling” Thursday, March 30 from 5-7 p.m. at the Methodist Corner on the Calhoun City Square.
The event, which is open to the public, will feature booths by area businesses demonstrating to visitors their many products and services.
“We always have a nice variety,” said Chamber President Laura Edwards. “It’s a great opportunity for people to come see what our area has to offer and get to know our local business owners.”
There is no admission cost, and prizes will be given away. Hamburger plates, prepared by chamber members Markey and Jarrod Davis, will also be available.
Among the vendors scheduled to host booths are Off The Alley; Calhoun Academy; Pryor Funeral Home; Calhoun City Rotary; Pomegranate Nursery; Designs by Malinda Hitt; Realtor Rexanne Collins; MS Tobacco Free Coalition; Tri-Community Homemakers; Bruce Community Living Center; Calhoun City High School Band; Friends of the Calhoun City Library; Lynne Harris, Myra Anglin & Jeannie Caviness Health & Wellness; and Calhoun City Chamber of Commerce.
