Jose Dimas Guerrero, pictured at right, was arrested at the scene and charged with DUI first. The accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. Guerrero reportedly side-swiped a car prior to crashing into the building that sits next to the conveinence store on Hwy. 8 in Derma. No one was injured.
