Reedy’s Bible Conference went real well

The annual Bible Conference at Reedy’s Chapel Baptist Church went real well November 17.
Speakers for the day were Bros. Parish Hartley, Timothy Guess, Cecil Fayard, R.E. Alexander, Herb Hatfield.
Tom Reedy was music director. Edna Easley served as pianist. Bro. Chris Duncan is pastor.
Good to be back at Traceway Manor in Tupelo November 19. The program was canceled earlier in the year due to the pandemic.
Current locals who are residents there and attended the service were Ruth Bailey, Mary Scruggs and Alvin Blount

The instrumentalist for the program was Evelyn Croxton, who has been an organist and pianist for 75 years. She does an excellent job on both instruments.
Regular SS and worship Sunday at Lantrip. The Lord’s Supper is planned for next Sunday.
Numerous area deaths in the last few days: Leslie Wicker, wife of Drivers Flat pastor, Bro. Larry Wicker; Lewis Raymond McCaffrey, spouse of the late Brenda Hannaford; Randy Shelton, a ‘62 graduate of Bruce High; Eddie Bailey, well-known gardener of the Loyd community; Leroy Chrestman, Poplar Springs native; Sherry Childers, Cavan Grist; Olene, wife of Bro. Billy Little, Clinton Mooney, and Lemmie D. Cowsert.
