I pray everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. We had a blast. Things were a bit different but we made the most out of it. We have so much to be thankful for.
It may not seem like it sometimes, but we really are a blessed people. I am so thankful for those I have in my life.

Mellissa Brooks

I have an amazing family and church family. God really knew what he was doing when He put these wonderful people in my life. He knows how special they all are.
Once again, we received a wonderful message from Bro. Grant. The starting verse was Ezekial 11:19. A transformed life is the greatest advertisement for the gospel of Christ.

As Christians, we are new. We have a new identity. Ephesians 2:10 says we are God’s workmanship. God redeems us and calls us by name.
We are predestined for adoption. We are heirs to the throne. We are given a new heart (v. 19). The purpose of our new heart is that we will be able to live for the Lord.
We are given a new spirit (v.19). The Holy Spirit dwells in us. This gives us power. We have power over Satan. We are each given individual gifts.

God promises us a new life. Jesus came that we may have life and have it more abundant (John 10:10). We are the children of God by faith in Jesus. We are coheirs with Christ.
We get a new walk. We walk by faith and not by sight. We don’t have to fear evil. God is fighting for us. We are given new hands. We raise our hands up to the Lord.
We’ve seen people healed by laying our hands on them. We are given new eyes. We get a new song (Psalm 40:3).

It’s a song of praise. We have a new outcome. Imagine an eternity in Hell. We will never know the heat, the torment, the stench of sulfur. We are given eternal life. We are cleansed of our unrighteousness.
God says He will not remember what we’ve done. God uses us in ways to glorify Him. He’s not replacing body parts. He’s using them for his kingdom.
We would love for you all to join us Sunday. If you’re looking for a church we welcome you with open arms. Sunday school starts at 10. Services are at 11. We love you all and may God bless you.
