Sportsplex director Caleb Tedder appeared at the Vardaman board meeting last night to discuss needed upgrades at the facility.
Tedder said he wanted to redo some batting cages, fences and dugouts, mainly the back right field, which is the only coach-pitch field at the complex.
He said the Sportsplex currently has one more payment on overhead nets from a few years ago, and the Sportsplex has been self sufficient for the past year.
