Mayor Rudy Pope would like to invite the public to a Smoke Free Air Educational Forum Thursday, Apr. 3 at 2 p.m.

The event will be at the Bruce City Hall Board Room, 100 Public Square, Bruce, MS.
Guest speaker will be Sue Mashburne, MS?Tobacco Free Coalition Director of Grenada, Yalobusha and Calhoun Counties. She is from the Grenada School District.
The purpose of the forum is to educate and promote awareness on the benefits of a smoke free community. The MTFC works with communities throughout school systems, city governments and various organizations within the three county region promoting tobacco prevention, awareness and cessation services.
The City of Bruce passed a Comprehensive Smoke Free Ordinance on December 3, 2013. Please join us in achieving an overall healthier environment for our community with the ultimate goal of saving lives.
