Alexe van Beuren is the owner of BTC Grocery in Water Valley.
Van Beuren and Grimes will be signing their newly released book “The B.T.C. Old-Fashioned Grocery Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from a Southern Revival.”
Alexe is the owner of The B.T.C. Old-Fashioned Grocery. Originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, she now lives with her husband and their two children in Water Valley.
Dixie is a native of Oxford. She has cooked for more than two decades in many fine restaurants. She has helmed the kitchen of the B.T.C. since 2011.
Light refreshments will be served. Copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase.
